Recently, Roberts Service Group President, Beth Butler, was featured in a Business First article discussing the improving economic environment and the need for skilled candidates. Recruiting qualified and skilled candidates usually isn’t a problem for Roberts Electrical Construction. With close ties to the local union, Butler feels that the company has a pool of qualified, skilled candidates to choose from making the transition into full-time employment with Roberts Electrical Construction easy. “Cultivating this trained work force is our job,” states Butler.
